Yeah, that is not good. However, here in Vancouver, WA, the weather was pretty nice for February. Sunnay and 56! A friend and took the RIB out to a small lake for some fishing. No fish, but no problems either for the first time out this year.

Sorry, no pics. I plan to get out again within the next couple of weeks.

Cheers!

WOW now I really feel like a wimp I didn’t take the boat out last weekend because it was going to be to cold…..mid 40’s. This is one of the things I love about being in the PNW I’ve only missed 6 weekends so far this winter and only 2 of those is because of weather.

The Road to Tobermory...

Her's a pic of the highway coming up to my place.... A bit snowy for boating yet!

OK, that's a lie... It's a highway in Labrador, supposedly

†he times they are a changin....

Well gentlemen, we have had 3 days of continuous sunshine here in O-Hi-O, this is very good in March. The daytime temperatures have been in the twenties but it looks like a warming trend is dead ahead. Ah blessed Spring, C'mon down! How about some reports from our associates out there? Good things starting to happen yet?

Pat, we had an amazing time. Best Caribbean diving I've done (and I've done a lot of it!) The island has a full time population of 120 people, 2,000 iquanas and 50,000 boobies. (I was disappointed to discover that boobies are birds down there... )

The SO didn't where a thong, but she does have a teenie weeny bikini or two. No Margeuritas either, but lots of rum... and I do love my rum!

For those that dive, I heartily recommend a trip to Little Cayman Beach Club (www.littlecayman.com) Top drawer all 'round!

LOL... She'll be glad to hear that! She was thrilled to learn I had posted that shot. All the same, we've been "living in sin" for a number of years, so I guess it's time to get serious! I've been trying to convice her of the merits of a wedding service on the afterdeck of my friend's 72' classic tug... It's been a tough sell so far!
