Just found out I need a bigger RIB

I was processing my paperwork at the Coast Guard station and I just found out that my vessel has to be 15' or larger to be used as a facility.

Crap... I didn't want to go through this process again. Any good deals on a RIB, with just the hull and tubes? 4.6 meters or larger?
