Doesn't look like any of the "organized" RIB tours around here.
I have seen a couple of RIBs lately that looked as though they were new to the game.
Maybe just a new owner who thought it was a way to make a few dollars by taking people out!
Will dig around for some details

I'm always out there...maybe because I surf and dive I'm aware of the underwater topography...I guess it's possible if you don't know the area.
