6 pac/ 12 pac change
recently I have found that the laws have been changed in the US virgin isle which now allow 12 passengers on an uninspected vessel. Being this territory is under USCG jurisdiction and they ( congress/ CG)have amended their rules accordingly, has anyone heard of this possibly taking effect on the mainland or a push to get it done. It seems to me if the USCG okays it for one area under their control, it would only make sense and be fair to do it for all.
