RYA First Aid course this Friday 27th January.
Run by Tec Rec Coaching based at Southampton Dry Stack Boatyard.
One day course 0900 - 1700.
Places available, £59 all in including First Aid Manual, this course covers the RYA Commercial Endorsement requirements.
As from 2017 Defibrillator hands on training for each candidate must be included in RYA First Aid courses. Each candidate whilst giving CPR places the pads and follows the instructions given by the Defibrillator.
This is a full on RYA First Aid course with practicals inside and outside the classroom with the latest electronic resuscitation manikins all paired with training Defibrillators. We also demonstrate using a real Defibrillator on our manikins as they are specifically built for it, see how they work and watch on screen what happens as the button is pressed.
