Will Commander 3000 work?

Hi

this is a short notice thread as i have seen something on fleabay. Does anyone know if a commander 3000 dual will work instead of to side mounted quicksilver remote units?

I know i will need to get ignition switches and set up a kill cord, but will the commander 3000 be a straight swop throttle and gear cable wise and trim tilt wise.

Thanks

It may need Gen II cables - these aren't cheap.
