VHF/FM arial splitter?

Is this bit of kit ok to use the FM signal off of the VHF areal for a fusion Radio?

I personally wouldn't.It's another potential fail point.

It's one of the many things I was obsessive about building the Ballistic. The VHF cable is one piece from ariel to set.

Even force four said the same to me. But someone dide tellto keep it seperate and use a stick on flat styleee airy hole on the consol for the fm bit

Def worth a go but keeping it seperate is the way to go. ( everyone i spoke to said the same)

A VHF marine antenna wouldn't be ideally suited to broadcast FM anyway.
Personally I'd avoid a splitter and if I needed to just stick a car antenna on somewhere.
