Structure scan stopped working??

Any structure scan experts on here? Ive emailed navico but they don't bother replying...

I ve had the lss2 connected to a simrad nss for about 5 weeks now...was working perfectly but has now stopped and all I get is a white screen, like interference.

Any ideas? Is it a setting on simrad or a loose cable?
