Standard Horizon CPF300i Thoughts?

Seams like a lot of kit for the money and wondered if anyone had any experience with the SH systems?

I've got two on my big boat, one inside and one on the flybridge.
It may not have all the bells an whistles of the latest garmins/raymarines but it has a clear sunlight veiwable screen and tells you all you need to know.
I've got the depth sounder add on unit which also works well & it's networked into the a/pilot and it all works fine!
Value for money? Absolutely!
Their customer service (if you ever need it) is aslo pretty good too!

I have the SH 180i . Maybe little outdated now as it is a few years old model, but reliable, good screen in sunlight and very fast fixing the position. Good value for the money. Now wish have bought a model with a bigger screen.....

They are very good units, robust, easy to use, great value.

Not so good at handling sonar or radar, so less versatile than Garmin for that.
