Sea water 12v submersible pump

Does anyone have any comments on this item:
Clarke MSP12 - 12v Submersible Transfer Pump » Product

I want a pump that I can drop down into my bilge, it will pump up and out of the boat, say 1m vertically and 1.5 m horizontally and run off crocodile clips on my on-board 12v batteries.

And, and.....I cant make my jiggle-pump work at all over those distances!

I have a Rule Congo pump, I use it for everything except petrol, nice and slim to get in to those tight places.

Iirc my one pumps 30l/min at 1m. Great little thing.
