Poor Service

Sent two GPS cards off to a company in July still not got them back.
Lots of ducking and diving and excuses as to where they are.
Now appears they are lost .
Annoying thing is I have paid them the money upfront.

Have given them till Friday to send new ones before I take out CJJ against them.

I hope they read this as enough is enough
Do you think I have been too patient in waiting this long .

I've been waiting for a pair of props to be repaired by Propellor Solutions

Since February/march!

Every time I call they're "just having a look at them now" or "just finishing them off now" or "just off to the post office with them now"

You've reminded me to give them another call today

Will name them with pleasure if they are not here by Friday then start the process of debt recovery through the courts.

How amazing is that by some coincidence after putting this post up they are on the way to me as we speak. They must read or be a member of Rib Net shame it had to take a post on here to get some action

Next thing is of course that the charts have been updated and not just popped back in the post .
