M Tech MT700 VHF

I've been given a VHF - M Tech MT700 to replace the non DSC I've got. Great present but turns out it wasn't programmed with UK channels.

Not wanting to complain about the gift, does anyone know if I can programme these in myself? Or if not is there a kit I have to buy?

Do you not have the user manual.

If not google "program M Tech MT700 with uk channels" 4th response is the english manual.
