Icom 421 to 411-same size hole for flush mounting?

Hi all,

My Icom 421 has died a death,and I'm hopefully getting a 411, assuming they are the same size. Does anyone know if they are?

Incidentally, the 421 was well out of warranty, so I opened it up.
Oddly, it had water ingress via the cores of the power cable,which got under the coating and got right into the board.
Stuffing grease deep into the connections might be an idea-any opinions?

Matt
Hole Size

421 = 148 x 60.9
411 = 149 x 61.6

So no problem buddy.
Hope you get a good price on it !!!

I always solder the core ends & then use adhesive filled heat shrink or use heatshrink crimps. it depends on the job. Either way I'm a big fan of solder & heatshrink.

£129.75 delivered from us.

Or £148.50 VAT paid (direct from the distributor in the UK).

Sorry guys I ended up buying one on Amazon-simply because it was a good price and I can have it tomorrow so hopefully afloat again at the weekend. Being inland is a pain in the neck.
