Garmin FF100 Blue - Data cable

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the PC interface cable used by the Garmin FF Blue (Same serial lead used by most Garmin GPS's).

I'm trying to update the firmware so I don't really want to spend £20 on a cable i'm only going to use once!
