Fitting a Temperature Gauge

I have a Zodiac Pro 9 with a 2007 Mariner 50 Efi and would like to fit a temp gauge on the consol.

I hope that this should be a straight forward job but would appreciate a few pointers to get me started.

Many thanks.

Have a look for a tan coloured wire at the dash board end of the loom, and connect one of these to it.
