Crazy water temp from Smart craft paddle wheel

The water temp from the paddle wheel has started reading 60' when the water is only 10....any ideas is it rooted or can it be fixed
Has anyone got the sensor resistance numbers I can check for a given temp to prove it is fubar'd.
Or is it as I suspect just a case of a new paddle wheel?

Thanks in advance

Not a clue what the reading should be but could be a corroded connection?

They all look clean...
It's not really a huge problem but it something that bugs me just because it's not right!
There's a cheap paddle wheel in eBay, so may just replace it.
