Sounds a bit like the £28 yamaha anodes ;-)
Not sure about yamaha but I get my yanmar pencil anodes from asap supplies there not listed as yanmar but if you you go through their catalogue you can find all the yanmar size anodes you just need to re use the brass nuts to carry the anode I have a couple of sets of nuts & assemble in the workshop then just swap them over at the boat saves a few quid on yanmar ones

Yer - I drew a blank today at the factors. Dude was holding the filter calling the numbers to the distributor and nada! Neither could believe the thing actually existed.

I think it's a swizz!

Dingbro the same, they called Denso who had it as a unrecognised part!

TBH I would just use the Denso filter listed for the engine and be confident in your pre-filter ;-)

Reporting back

These filters are now available via the Toyota spares network at a "modest" £35 a pop.

Is that the 2micron ones?

Talking about diesel, remember we had a thread going many years ago re diesel bug and I had a test jar with water, bug and diesel which we watched develop over a period of time? Well I found it under my sink yesterday so it's pretty much been in the dark for all this time, forgot it was there, of course. I'll take a pic shortly and show what it looks like now.

Good find! Though it's still a lot of dosh for a piece of blotting paper in a tin.
