Yamaha F200 4 Stroke - Noise

Started my F200 after about 4 months, after about 20 seconds started making the following noise... appears to be coming from the top right. any thoughts?

Hard to tell last time I heard a ticking like that on my yam was the fuel pump because I forgot to open the fuel valve. I don't see any water coming out the tell tale either

Thanks for the response, got a mechanic friend coming to look at it tomorrow.

Usually find it takes a fair few seconds for water out of the tell tale when using the muffs.
