Yamaha 15 Hp 2 Stroke 2000 Model 100/1 Mix ??

So another quick question re my newly aquired 15 hp 2 Stroke.

I have another Yam 2 Stroke (a 3hp Malta) and from recollection it also says Petrol Oil Mix 100/1. I think I tend to run this at 50/1 however as 100/1 seems lean to me.

This 15 hp has a sticker on it also saying 100/1...... I was wondering what others with this engine run at as I sort of cant bring myself to run that lean.

I prefer 50/1 as most of my other 2 strokes.

Interesting. I have many 2 stroke motors and so that I can cross use petrol I think I will mix 50/1 then add a bit more petrol to make it 50 + /1
