What's wrong

Hi all iv a mercy 9.9 and it starts first time runs great on full throttle and half throttle but when it is running from full down to low and then idle it cuts out and won't start again O it a 4 stroke and only done about 50hours max and always had services done in mes any ideas please iv just had carbs cleaned again so hope this time it's fine thanks Neil

I think Alan's question is reasonable. A 50h old engine shouldn't normally need the carbs cleaned repeatedly. You are looking for a solution, we presume, so you need to get to the bottom of why that is - bad fuel hygiene? Poor filters? Your storage procedures?

A must apologise I didn't read the thread properly and no only had the carbs
Cleaned once and iv not bin out yet but like iv said it's bin back to the shop
With this problem and they said they carnt find nothing wrong but it will run fine in the tank it's wene you get out sometimes it cuts out and sometimes it doesn't
Very annoying
