Hi I have go mine from Lindon Lewis Marine in London they are very helpful and have all these on CD
All the best working on it its not that easy though.

Can't help you with the manuals but this information may help you;

I have a Volvo DPR (2007) drive. Last summer the complete drive got wrecked because of internal parts damage. No obvious cause had been identified so the insurance blamed it on something getting in the props. Good for me because the cost was approx 11.000£, as the complete drive had to be replaced.

You could see cracks in the outer casing directly underneath the props. see the picture

3 Months later, the boat had been taken out and I checked the ( new ) drive for any cracks. Identical cracks could be seen, after only 10 hrs of service or so.

This time Volvo owned up and confirmed that they had beefed up their DPR drive very recently. They replaced my sterndrive again. You can see the difference between the old and the new part when you look into the exhaust. If you see two paralell reinforcement ribs , then this is the the new part. If you dont, ...
