Suzuki gear lube job

Dropped by my local suzi dealer today for engine and gear oil for my DF90.
Seems they have been having issues with the oil levels in the gear casing ,not being topped up correctly and burning out the bearing.

So gave me a "cheat sheet" on how to make sure you have it right.
Thought it useful ( and so hope it shows up Ok )

cheers dal

Seems pretty straightforward.

Could have boiled it down to "Make sure it's upright" and "Make sure it's full".

ha haa !!
yes, i always tended to rush things and didn't think a touch here or there would matter.
Must admit to never checking level after 10 mins and must be a good reason they encourage it.
Although in our warm temps, dont think the oil has much trouble working its way up there !.
Heard of others, warming the oil first
(where do these people live ??)
