suzuki DT 140 PTT

power tilt and trim not working, have narrowed it down to the twin relays. pump motor works fine when connected direct to battery. Has anybody got any ideas where i can source replacements.

Might do one more check with an ohmmeter and make sure it's the relays.

Manual says the coil resistance for the relays should be 3.5 to 5.1 ohms if it helps, would seem unusual for both relays to fail at the same time. Are the relays energising when the PTT switch is operated?, I would be more inclined to suspect a connection problem.

I was thinking the "both at once" scenario pointed more towards power to the relays, which is why I suggested verification. Check the output pins (should go to either a solenoid between the relay and pump motor or direct to the motor if it's a big relay) and see if the relay is actually switching.
