Suzuki DF150 Tilt Lock - Replacement

Hi,

Does anyone know the best place to get replacement parts for a Suzuki DF150 tilt lock? Indeed has anyone ever replaced this and how easy is it?

Thanks
Buff

Browns Point Marine Service
Hi Buff, I have used these before in the past and have found them to be very good. Unfortunately they are US based but i had real problems finding spares in the uk.

Tilt lock on an engine that size is just going to be a couple of standoffs that swivel out of the way when not in use. Wouldn't think replacement would take all that much (aside from spring locations; those things always get me.) Just a guess though.

Parts

Hi, would recommend Yellow Penguin in Poole. They are main suzuki agents and do mail order parts. There number is 01202 710448.

As has been mentioned Browns Point are very good.

I believe they are now back up and running after being shut down for quite some time due to storm damage

I have orderd spares from them several times over the last few years because the price including ALL taxes and delivery from them to my door in the UK is often @50% of what thieving Suzuki UK force their UK dealers into selling spares for.

They also have most stuff in stock that UK dealers have to wait for from the Holland Hub. Last delivery from Browns Point was with me 3 days after I placed the order.
