Setting up twin throttles

We are setting up an Avon 5.8 inflatable with twin 55hps, but we are struggling with the twin throttles.

As a last resort we have read the instructions, and now know how to convert one of the throttles to port, so that they will sit together nicely.

But how do we mount them to the side of the console? I would have expected a bracket of somesort, but I can't find one in the big box of bits that we have.

Any help or photos would be great.

Thanks,
Russ

Russ,

The engine's manufacturer should know the answer to your issue.
As far as I know there are certain throttles for twin engines.

Depends what throttle boxes you have, I guess your talking about the standard side mount ones that are supplied with the engines?

You need to buy a dual throttle attaching kit, which comprises of a few long bolts with some spacers. Quicksilver (Mariner/Mercury) do one that should fit most boxes, P/No:16909A2.
