Salt inside anode mounting
Hi,
I changed my anodes today and had a peek inside.
Loads of salt - at least loads in my opinion.
I had this running with fresh water hose for 30 mins...
Do I need to get rid of all this salt? (presumably yes) and is there a more effective way?

Hi Herman, I run a much smaller OB, but I was advised to run my OB in a bin of fresh water with "saltaway" in it a couple of times a year in addition to flushing. I've looked online and there is an attachment you can by to use saltaway with a hose.
