Prop pitch alterations

I am running an ally 19" prop on the boat at the moment which is perfectly set for the outboard.
I have just managed to pick up a good cheap 21" Stainless prop which I suspect will be slightly too highly pitched for the motor. Where is a good place to get it repitched down an inch to 20" which should be spot on?
Any good places that will do it for a reasonable price?

I spoke to Steel Developments about props and couldn't get past the thick bint on the desk, so didn't have a clue what she was talking about and hence SD never got my Dads trade.

He used Propeller Solutions in Poole who were very helpful and not badly priced.
I think it was £25 per prop for his 16" diameter alloy Volvo ones.

That will be Julie, its a family business and she knows more about props than most of the folk on here.

However Bruce if you want an alternative then Geoff at Streamlined is used by a lot of the Solenteers. He doesn't employ anyone, does all the work himself. Watched him balance my prop by eye using a set of V blocks so old style traditional engineer.

but you are going to have shipping each way to add to that. So you might want to try the folks IBWET recommended - if you are going to be near "civilisation" at all in the near future!

Can't have been Julie as this lass told me the props I had were the right ones even though the engines only rev to 2500rpm.
