Mercury 20HP = Tohatsu MFS20CS ?

Looking up parts for maintenance and having a difficult time with Merc...

Believe the Merc 20M (Part# 1F20201HK) to be the equivalent to Tohatsu MFS20CS (for which schematics and parts are easy to find...) - yes, no, maybe so?
