Johnson 115 - HELP!

I've just bought a 2000 Johnson 115 Ocean Pro and replaced the power pack, the optical sensor, the coils, the stator and the plugs. Compression is good on all cylinders but still only cylinder no.3 is firing. We've replaced everything we can think of but to no avail...any ideas?

Are you getting a spark on all plugs?

The US forums are littered with similar issues, but maybe not as extreme as yours.
