is this a good deal

Ive just been offered a 1999 15hp Yamaha 2 stroke for £650 does this sound about right for this engine.
Engine starts effortlessly on the first pull every time, only negatives for me are there is a pair of dolphins installed which i will have to take off and there is a crack in the hood where it has been dropped

yes its a short shaft and consider it snapped up

im going to scare myself with that quicksilver 310 and this engine.
Its just had a new prop fitted too, my cousin has just taken it off his fishing boat and offered to at what appears to be a good deal then

Well if it's clean, rounded cowl design and in excellent running order double the price and it's still a reasonable deal! With the hood damage etc it's still worth more than your paying...and from family too
