Join ribcraft owners on Facebook and ask question there I’d say. Some useful people on there including factory folk. Don’t think you need to reinvent the wheel here your problems will have been solved before [emoji4]

Tweak the height and experiment with props.
Thanks for your interest ,i am planning a two hole lift tommorow ,and will try the 19 pitch honda four blade again ,i will try some added weight as well ,probhably start with the 21"pitch as it may rev higher following the lift ? ,i have also realised i have a 19 pitch 3 blade that will fit, on my other engine F115 yam

Worth it for the boaty stuff. I don’t look at what people had for tea or post daily selfies [emoji65] After a while all that goes away and I’m just left with boats, politics, gas fitting, shed conversions etc. You can make it a very dull place [emoji2]

Out today with engine lifted 2 holes ,30kg of stone in the anchor locker , still got the 21" 3 blade on , fantastic results ,boat was best its ever been ,big tide running into wind in various places which have been awkward before ,in the stride today , tried wot in the waterski area even though i forgot my clipboard and my readers but i think i managed 5300rpm and was getting 35 knots into the tide ,so plenty fast enough for me and so sturdy feeling ,think i may remove 15kg,s of stone as i only had 45 litres fuel in the 90 litre tank
thanks all ,i still have the 19 pitch 4 blade to retry but trying to set up for billy no mates boating so getting pretty close i think ,i am now well pleased with the strength in the rough
thanks to all ,much help much appreciated
