halmatic pacific 21

would anyone know what the max revs were with the yanmar 240hp engines. I know the new models are reaching 3300 rpm but there was a 96' model in the pacific 21s.

Welcome to Ribnet . Those of us on here with Pacifics tend to have the Mermaid Turbo 4 engines rather than the later Yanmars. How about contactivng Yanmar direct witht he engine serial number to see if they have a record of its spec.

I thought the Pacifics were 22 feet how have you got a 21 ?

hi we run a yanmar 240 in a ribcraft 6.8mtr she runs at 3600 max but will run all day at 3300 using very little fuel
mind you mine has a jet drive but if yours is prop right you should beable to pull the same
