Fitting Killcord to 2hp Yamaha

Hi I have an old Yamaha 2hp and want to fit a kill swith to replace the current stop button. Will I need a "Maker" or a "Breaker" type of kill switch.

Maker-as in, it makes contact to kill the engine.
