Unless you are going to disclose the motor needs work and the carbs cleaned, knowing full well there is junk in the float bowls I would consider it wrong to sell it. No problem if you tell the future buyer though

If this is what came out of the carbs, then it is worse still inside of them. It only takes a small piece of debris to plug a jet. Plugging can happen at any time, but is more likely out on the water on a rough day getting knocked around when you really need a running engine. At the least dropping the float bowels to clean the majority of debris.

What is in the bottom of the container that we can't see?
