Engine porn??

Whilst changing the fuel filters for a third time this week (another story), one of the crew suggested we take a picture of the engines naked, to put on our website.
What do you think?

I think its a great picture ( being a little bit geeky) , but if I were a paying customer with little or no appreciation of these things I'd rather see the nice shiny covers with the big '250' all over them ........

I did notice a little growth on the hull that cant be doing you any favours ? I am happy to don my wetsuit and swim around cleaning it if you want as I am heading for serious boredom in the coming weeks .....

As it happens, I was going to phone round tomorrow, for a lift out and power wash.

That was my initial instinct too... Joe Public doesn't want to see the covers off.

Personally I don't like to see it all straight away - I prefer to be teased a little, maybe start with the catches undone and a little "engine" showing ..................
