engine choice for Avon 310

Hi, I'm thinking of buying the largest engine for the Avon, it's rating plate states a max of 9.9hp (can't be sure as it's in a compound)
My thinking is, as it's an old'un the HP would have been for a 2 stroke?

The Tohatsu 9.8hp 4 stroke short shaft comes in @ 35Kg, is this too heavy?

Cheers, Ribs

No, most 2-stroke 9.9hp motors are around 36kg.
