EBay Bargain --NOT!!!!!!

Well thought Santa had come early when I spotted a genuine, New Suzuki prop on Ebay.
Correct size/pitch/ splines and Stainless steel
Got it for $31.00 Yeahh!!!

Came to put it on my DF90 4 stroke and found small problem
The diameter of the flange is too large to slide inside the prop shaft housing
What the heck!!!
Just done some browsing and maybe meant for the larger V6 suzuki engines, but some opinions say it is compatable. Obviously not!
Anyone come across this before?
Didnt see any other stamping on the prop which would suggest this was for a differant model engine;
Frustrated

Little too much pitch for your rig I think.
3 x 14-1/2 x 24
Dont think Grandma would like carrying it back in her luggage to Wales either
cheers Dal

Think you are right, Sounds like it's meant for a V6 like Codprawns 225 or my 200.

I run a 14-1/2 x 21 3 blade, if you were closer I'd have liked to borrow it just to see what happened.

If it's any consolation to you, the Suzi prop I had on my Suzi 200 looked nice but was a bit crap as props go.

I have a 22 and a 24 I think - you are welcome to borrow if you want!!!

I had very strange results on my boat

19" 4 blade
22" 3 blade
24" 3 blade

ALL gave exactly the same performance and top speed - not that much difference in acceleration either. I thought it wouldn't even plane with the 24".

I think my engine needs to be higher - when it's out of the water will give it a go.

It is the Titan 4 blade. Good quality stainless - still nice and shiny.
