Difference between 4lh-ste and 4lha-ste

Hey there could any one tell me if the 4lha-ste turbo fits on the 4lh-ste ? Would I find any problems ?

They have different coolers, exhaust manifold, sea water pump and turbo. The 4LHA's have a waste gated turbo & going from memory they have a different exhaust mixing elbow with a different type of turbo outlet flange. I doubt if you could easily interchange them.

Mmm ic , my 4lhste has a water leak from the exhaust was thinking if I buy the 4lha turbo insted so better stick to the original part . Some people told me to eliminate the cooling pipes but was reading that you can cook the oil and further damage to the engine may occure . John Buttigieg
