DF20a parts

Looking for a service manual & service kit for the above. I thought I’d ask here before I start trawling EBay. I’m open to recommendations for suppliers.

Several folks have asked me where I found the service manual when I had the DF20A and it was just a chance that a genuine paper coper was on Ebay when I bought the motor. About £20 or so I think.

I think there's a free online copy somewhere on a direct pdf link not a dodgy download... but I can't see it now??

Re service kit I bought from Suzuki UK who were selling on Ebay at that time. I had to get them to list the valve cover gasket as an additional item as it wasn't in the kit despite the valves being a check item and the gasket fitted a single use crush metal type.

All as reported on in this thread which I think you've seen before?

Thanks for the reply FL. I’ve found a manual online but it only covers engines up to 2016, mine’s a 2019. I’m not sure what the difference would be. I’ve got a dealer coming back to me with prices for the oils & filter etc. I’ve decided to go down the same route as you really. The warranty, I’ve been stung with the servicing on the DF140, so I’ll take my chances with the DF20. I hope it doesn’t come back to bite me[emoji849]

I'd say as long as the manual online is for an efi not carb model it will be a useful guide to pretty well every service operation.... I don't think they have revamped that motor in any significant degree from 2015-2020.

Windsor Marine (Suz main dealers) were offering special deals on all SUZUKI service parts recently ...certainly the cheapest I found Dave
Most DF models servicing routines on YouTube if you want clarification
