Does anyone have, or know where to get, an ECU for a 2005 Cummins Mercruiser Diesel 4.2 ES 320 ??

We've got a "QSB vessel interface panel" for cummins/mercruiser
cummins part no. 4946686
mercruiser part no. 8M2004359
we also have the wiring harness to go with it if you're interested.
