Centering Hydraulic steering

I've just fitted the front mount Sea Star cylinder to my outboard and find that I have a greater lock one side than the other. After measuring the free cylinder ram either side I find than one side has 95mm and the other has 115mm. Is there an easy way of adjusting this so it's more central?

you could try moving some of the plastic spacers from one side to the other.
