Advice for a newbie

I am thinking of buying a 7.5m rib with single outboard. The rib would be used for training. For a get you home measure in the event the outboard packed up what size spare should I carry?

Hello and welcome to the forum Sun_Coast. If you use the search facility, look for auxilliary, you will find loads of advice as we have covered this in great detail. Rule of thumb though - 1HP per metre - give or take.
