55mm id flexi trunking

I'm looking for a 2m length of round flexible trucking conduit suitable for attaching to the rubber gland of my Merc to lead though to the under deck gland.

I've phoned and looked around all my local sources but can't find anything flexible enough.

Thanks Cookee, but already tried RS and found nothing in the size I need. 50mm one is just a little too small and they don't have any fittings that will make the diameter any bigger.

How about some agricultural irgation hose (suction not delivery)

There is some fiendishly expensive stuff you can get with glands used in the aircon industry not sure how UV stable it is as its designed for interior use. Will get a name and maybe a link tomorrow.

Large dia. pond hose?

I am sure I have seen some 2½" spiral stuff somewhere. You are the Koi man so have a look in "Fishy Fingers Weekly" or something.

Have done some searching and the only company that can suppy me is this one: http://www.flexiblehose.co.uk/superflex.htm in 63mm diameter.

But only in large quantity though

Anyone know where there might be a dealer that will sell the same stuff in a smaller length?

Hightower, large bilge pump tube? You can get a similar product in aluminium from motor factors but is crushes easily. Bought by the length from the roll, various diameters.

Machine Mart have water hose which is very similar to the hose in your link. It comes in diameters from ¾ to 3" including 2" (52mm). 2" is product code 051020157 & 3" is 051020158. But it's green and I know how bling conscious you southern folk are.....

Aquafax do a 57mm i/d reinforced PVC tube. List is £67.00+VAT for 10m though.

If you have to get 10m 55-63mm from whatever source at a sensible price, I'd be happy to take around 3-4m for some long-awaited deck tidying.

Andy, I could do with 4 metres as well, you should go into business. Can you make those nice end fittings that Dirk showed on the Rex Marine site ?

Trunking

Did anyone checkout IBS(International boat supplies).
They are what we use to kit out boats as do a couple of well known rib makers
