any one have any issues with the 2018 era mercury or tohatsu 20hp efi four stroke, cutting out and stalling at high rpm, can rev it up and plain the boat, but as soon as it plains out it just shuts off like you hit the kill switch, will start and idle fine after but as soon as you rev it up it will just cut out and shut off
