2006 Yamaha ME422 STI max revs?

Can somebody confirm the maximum revs of a 2006 Yamaha ME422 STI Engine

this is the basic 245hp engine.

I thought it was one number but somebody else quoted another and now I am confused.

Fudgemuffins!

14 years I have been over propped

I max out at 3450 if I am lucky...

I have always thought it was 3400. I must have picked up a wrong figure or a different engine.

thanks Ken
