Times look correct to me.

Check your individual account settings at: http://www.rib.net/forum/profile.php?do=editoptions

Scroll almost to the bottom for: Date & Time Options

Is it set at GMT & Automatically detect DST?

Often forums show the time +1 HR when not logged in at this time of year .. so you can surf and read and the time seems out .. but when you log in .. the correct time is displayed as this forum (and others) is/are set to adjust for DST
