Yes I believe it probably is. It's enabled here too, with some exceptions to prevent the sigs being more prominent than the actual messages.

last.fm has turned up a few gems along those lines 
I meant to post about it in the 'what music thread' actually 
half of this pic was what I was trying to display .. and whats cool about it is that its a live link, so it takes peeps to the track on last.fm's site so they can listen to it there and then !! how good is that ?
