New tax announced....

..... by the Lanky One as part of his refinancing initiative for the forum. From now on exclamation marks will be subject to a surcharge…. This is to discourage congestion in the threads and help ward off the threat of global warming caused by rising blood pressure…..

You laugh but I bet Gordon Clown has set-up a "Think Tank" to see how to TAX you on time spent/downloading you do on the internet.

Then theres the proposed "Water Tax".

Inflatable rowing boats anyone.
