Change of format

Eek, where did the listing go on the right hadside of the page.
I go away for three days and someone has changed the frmat (it appears).
Maybe I am doing something wrong?
But I find tthe unread/last read column ver valuable.

Must be you ,i am readig the recent discussion to the right of your post now ,recon you have changed settings without realising

My screen has a load of useless ads down the right hand side.
I accept (or more likely, my missus) has change something.
My question now is how do I get it back to where it was?

Can you see "Recent Discussions" as shown middle right in the image below.... then on the actual webpage does clicking on the down arrow by it do anything?
