My truck has a small bed (Ford maverick, 4.5 ft bed). Can I deflate the tubes and put it in truck bed and inflate it when I arrive in boat ramp or beach?

I have a kayak and that is my only boating experience lol

Can't see why not buy a Decathlon electric pump - they are cheap and work really well!

You may have a hard time fitting it in there but doable, I think. Its going to stick out probably 5' with the tailgate down but with plenty of tying you "should" be okay.
It's the width that might make it tough. My 9.5' barely fits between the sides in my full size truck so I deflate it so it doesn't get cut. It's about the same weight as the one you posted so it's a 2 person job. You may have to angle it on it's side to fit. Won't know until you try it I guess.
Defender is a great place btw. I go often, too often... Very helpful so ask the salesman when you go about transporting. They may let you measure it up in person.

Does any one know what wires go where from trim pump to solonoid ?

My pump has a main live and earth from the top. Then 4 green wires from lower down. Two rear and two front. Looking aft, the front and rear roght were joined together. The front and rear left go separate. Trouble is had an issue with solonoid and now got wires mixed up 😩

Dangar Marine on Utube have a very good video on the disassembly of a Yamaha outboard trim pump and re assembly after repair but engines might be quite different.
